Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) is envisioned as centre of excellence in the field of technical education. | Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) was established with an intake of 240 students for B.E. in the year 2000. Encouraged by the excellent academic performance of its first batch students and popularity of the institute, the society established another college named Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women in the year 2002 with an intake of 240 students. The total approved intake of engineering students from the year 2004 for both the colleges have become 660 students.
RIET has also started Master of Business Administration (MBA) course in year 2004 with an intake of 60 students with the approval of AICTE and it is affiliated toUniversity Of Rajasthan.

| INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAMPUS |
The institute is located at Bhankrota, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, which is approximately 12 Kms from Railway station, Bus Stand and 15 Kms from the Air port. The institute is well connected by road transportation. City Bus service is available in every five minutes to Bhankrota from main city centres. |
