ABOUT THE SOCIETY

The Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology is a Engineering institute being run under the aegis of "CHANDRAWATI Education Society "which in the field of education since 2000. The society is registered with the registrar of Societies,Govt.of N.C.T. Delhi vide registration no. S35514 of 1999,under Societies Ragistration Act of 1860. With an aim of providing quality technical education the society established its first Institute, Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) ,in the year 2000. With the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),Ministry of HRD,Govt. of India.

The Institute is affliated to the Rajasthan Technical University Kota,and is located at Ajmer Road, Jaipur. The society established another Institution -"Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women"(RCEW),in the year 2002. RIET offers degree engineering programmes in five disciplines viz. Electronics & Communication Engineering, InformationTechnology, Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering. Philosophy of Society is based on a commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching and to give an education to its students that enable them to take up tomorrow's challenge.
